Alabama Public Library Service Committee Nomination Form

The Alabama Public Library Service (APLS) encourages participation from Library Staff, Library Trustees, Library Patrons, and Community Leaders to serve on various committees such as the Summer Reading Program, LSTA Advisory Council, and the Alabama Virtual Library.

As vacancies occur on APLS committees, announcements will be made on the APLSAdmin listserv and on the APLS website. The responsibilities of the committee will be included in these announcements.

Those that wish to serve on a committee must submit the following using the form below:

  • A completed APLS Nomination Form
  • A resume and cover letter explaining how they would contribute to the committee(s)
